We use Bulk.DIYChemicals.com for most of our chemical purchases. It’s just a hell of a lot easier to deal with a modern chemical company that allows easy online purchasing and delivery – old school chemical companies require too much work and feel like an “old boys club”.

How pure are your products?
Product purity varies but there are several things to look for when purchasing from vendors online. Check for the grade of chemical, which is sometimes listed in the title name, and if you still have questions ask for a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

How can I safely handle my purchased products?
Safety instructions usually have their own dedicated section within a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). We provide MSDS upon request, so if this is your first time working with a new chemical, BE SURE to read the label AND ask for an MSDS to understand the risks involved. What's your return policy?
We DO accept returns, granted that the product is unopened and unused. We will require the product to be sent back to our facilities and will charge a 15% restocking fee (deducted from the total refund amount). If you have further questions please see our Return Policy Page.
Do you provide bulk discounts?
To an extent, yes. On most products listed within our website, the more purchased during a single order equates to cheaper shipping costs, meaning we provide bulk discounts based on the amount purchased per order. Can I come pick it up myself?
It depends. If you’re a business picking up a large order, you might not be legally allowed to pick up your order if it contains hazardous materials – as your vehicle won’t be qualified to transport hazmat on public roads. You will need to look more into the rules and regulations relating to this. Each order is unique, so please reach out to us.
